It is time to call forward a new set of leaders.

It is very important to change leadership to help keep all who want to participate involved. New leaders will also bring new ideas to the table.
All positions are OPEN and CAN BE co-chaired.
President: Conduct all meetings, acts as spokesperson, works with Principal, establish budget, and manages Executive Board.
Vice President: Fill-in for and assist President as needed.
Secretary: Keep a record of all meetings, provide meeting minutes in a timely fashion prior to next meeting.
Treasurer: Maintaining bank accounts, receive funds, pay out funds, and monitor spending according to approved budget.
Volunteer Coordinator: Organizes volunteers for PTO Sponsored Events.
Communications Coordinator: Responsible for generating the newsletter.
Website Coordinator: Maintains the PTO website.
Grants Coordinator: Researching and applying for grants.
Event Coordinators will be appointed as needed throughout the year but if you are interested in any of these events please let us know, firstname.lastname@example.org.
We meet on the first Monday of every month (unless otherwise noted) for 1 hour ONLY.
Every parent wants the best for their child in the classroom, and PTO involvement can help parents make noticeable, long-term improvements on behalf of their child and many others.
